Big I New Mexico (IIANM) has partnered with Phil Beakes and Dee Prentice of Insurance Sales Leadership, based in Scottsdale, AZ. They will provide comprehensive support to our agency members through Consulting and Producer Development, a process that can often be challenging, frustrating, costly, and time-consuming for most agencies.

Phil and Dee will deliver a customized, individual, and accountability-focused training and coaching program for your Producers. The program begins with a two-day intensive training camp, followed by two30-minute one-on-one Zoom coaching sessions each week for six months.
