Emails to Attendees

Emails to Attendees
IIANM is pleased to share our attendee list with exhibitors. Most tradeshows don’t allow this anymore, so let’s keep this valuable perk by following a couple of guidelines:

We'll email all exhibitors the list of attendees about three weeks out from the event, then weekly as the event draws near. You will receive a final list of attendees after the Convention as well.
We ask that you do the following (based on the CAN-SPAM Act): Do not add attendees to your electronic mailing list without their permission. And if they request that you do not email them, please don’t!
As an exhibitor of the Trade Show, personal emails to the attendees to invite them for coffee, or to visit your booth, etc., is absolutely fine. Plus, you’ll get a much better response rate if your email is personal!
Please reference the following dates and name of the Convention: IIANM Annual Convention & Trade Show, October 16, 2024, Sandia Resort & Casino

If you are inviting any agents to dinner or late-night affair outside of the official Convention program, we ask that you please plan to do that on either Tuesday or Thursday night 🙂

Promote the Event on Your Social Media Pages and Website
We thank you in advance for promoting the event. Please use the following link: www.iianm.org/2024convention and the specific name and dates. Also, use the hashtag #Speakeasy and #IIANMTradeShow on any posts before the event plus on-site photos and updates!

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

(make the most of these limited opportunities during registration)

  • DEMO Station during Trade Show - $500:
We have a special, roped-off area within the trade show where you can showcase your product in 10-15 minute intervals, once per hour. Attendees who sign in to watch will be entered into a special drawing to win the large-screen TV used during your presentation. Limited space is available, with only 3 spots remaining!
  • Dinner Entertainment Sponsor - $5000:
For our murder mystery dinner, we've enlisted a professional team of actors who will be dressed in period attire, playing key roles to help advance the plot as guests uncover clues and solve the 'whodunnit' mystery. Showcase your company as the premier sponsor of the unforgettable entertainment.
  • Trade Show Photo Booth Sponsor - $500:
Step into the spotlight as the sponsor of our speakeasy-themed photobooth! Attendees can channel their inner 1930s mobster or flapper, dressing up and snapping fun photos with friends. Your brand will be front and center in all the swinging '30s memories!
  • Program Booklet Sponsor - $500:
Showcase your advertisement on the back cover of the program booklet, where attendees frequently check the exhibitor line-up, event agenda, locations, times, and special association features.
  • Golf Beverage Cart - $1,000:
Get prime exposure by sponsoring and decorating the beverage cart that circulates during the Bootlegger Golf Classic.
  • Golf Hole Sponsor - $150:
Stake your claim on a golf hole! Sponsor a hole and put up your company sign for all to see as players tee off.
